JOB TITLE: Medical/Electronic Technician
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent with Client from start

Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They haveachieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Probe Repair Technician to join their team. Working as a part of small team you will be trained to repair ultrasound probes. Your role will include;
- Carry out repair of Ultrasound Probes
- Booking equipment in, photographing, general admin
- Microscope work
- Fault diagnosis/Evaluation
- Soldering at component/motherboard level
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career experience within a laboratory or electronics environment would be advantageous. You must be able to demonstrate;
- Good team player
- Electronics knowledge
- Excellent admin skills and attention to detail
- Take pride in your work
- High level of dexterity
- Soldering experience
SALARY: Depending on experience
PACKAGE: Employer Pension Scheme (4%), 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays, Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, etc.
