The Revenue Growth Lead partners with the commercial team to accelerate growth & optimise execution using the levers of price, promotion, trade terms and product & channel mix.

The Revenue Growth Lead is a new role in the business, we are looking for someone who can bring their experience to help shape the revenue management function and define the role. You will be working cross functionally and lead the pricing and promotionstrategy, frequently presenting directly to the board with the power to make decisions.

As a key lead in the commercial team this Revenue Growth Lead role is a challenging role that requires outstanding leadership and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. We would expect you be proven in a commercial role such as Market,Strategy & Planning, Commercial Planning or Revenue Growth Management with a great eye for the commercials and a real talent for influencing & engaging others.
- Experience within Revenue Management, Commercial Planning, MS&P within a branded FMCG environment
- Strategic thinker, makes decisions based on insight and data
- The Revenue Growth Leadwill need to be well organised and a great communicator
- A positive, 'can-do’ attitude and an excellent team-player
- Ability to influence and motivate others is key to this role
