**The Company**:
Our client is a well-established international company in Beauty sector

**The Role**:
To provide support and resolve customer queries in a calm and collected manner.

**Main duties**:

- To establish good relationships with clients
- To use the information provided by the customer to issue the best solution possible
- To liaise with other members of the staff in order to provide the highest standard
- To identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system
- To keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients
- To undergo the required training in order to keep up to date on systems and operations
- To assist in ad-hoc project work to improve the Customer Experience or assisting in events.
- Fluent in German AND French or Spanish or Italian (oral and written)
- Previous experience within a customer service department - ESSENTIAL**:

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good telephone manners and attention to detail
- Team player & able to work without supervision
- Possibility to work from home with some days in the Office
- IT literate and proficient

**Salary: up to £30,000 pa DOE**
