IT Service Desk Analyst - (1st / 2nd line career development opportunity) - London (City)

A new IT Service Desk position is available with a young, vibrant and expanding business based in the City of London. Our client can offer someone with 1st line IT service desk / helpdesk / IT support experience the environment to develop their skillset furtherby providing the support and training required. This is a company that wants to invest in someone that's hungry to learn and grow in order to reach their potential. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a small newly created team that will be the faceof IT to 200 or so users based in London and 2 other UK sites. They're a cloud first organisation running predominantly with Microsoft based technology: Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, TEAMS, Intune, SCCM, Azure etc. As the first point of contactyou'll be responsible for managing tickets and will be positively encouraged and supported to try and resolve issues before escalating further. There'll also be plenty of opportunity to get involved with IT projects.
Experience / Skills Required;
- Self-motivation and a sincere, enthusiastic approach.
- A problem-solving mindset and excellent organisation skills.
- A great work ethic, enjoy engaging with people, like variety and be very customer / team focused.
- Previous 1st Line Service Desk / Helpdesk / IT Support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft products, Office 365, Word, Excel, Windows Operating Systems etc
- Knowledge of ITIL framework would be beneficial
Our client can promise a rewarding and varied growth position, working with some great people in an environment where you will really be allowed to make your mark. You can expect a salary circ £27,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience + an excellent benefitspackage including bonus.
