The Field Service Engineer role comes with a basic salary of **£11.00 - £19.00 per hour depending on experience** with fantastic opportunities for progression.

**Key Field Service Engineer Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and diagnose technical problems with equipment
- Service a wide variety of machines
- Ability to work independently
- Complete job cards to a high standard promptly and within a given timeframe
- Request parts efficiently and effectively
- Good customer service skills
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment
- Ensure work/personal equipment complies with all safety standards
- Take responsibility for health and safety

**Minimum Technician Requirements**:

- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Must have a Driving License
- The ability to work without supervision
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
