A **Junior Sous Chef** position is available at a four star country house hotel which is a busy dining venue with a fine dining multi award winning restaurants serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu inthe bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Junior Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Head Chef with the day to day managementof the kitchen and the supervision of the team of chefs in the kitchen.
**Requirements**:
CVs will be considered from Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience.A chef who has the drive and ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
