**Job Title**: Care Assistant

**Location**: York (Office based YO30 4XL)

**Salary**:£16 per hour** _**Bank Holiday Pay £24 per hour**_

**Shifts: Part time and Full time available Mornings or Evenings, we also have full day shifts**

Elite Community Care is a new Homecare Provider headquartered in York, YO30 4XL. Our company has been set up out of a passion for caring about care. One of our key beliefs is paying our **Care Professionals** what they deserve

**Care Assistant Description**:

- Community support, care assistant help others live independently in their own homes
- Administering medication
- Promoting Clients health and well-being
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals

**Care Assistant Requirements**:

- Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Willingness to participate in training programmes and staff meetings

**What we offer our Care Assistants**:

- 2 years pay increase every 6 months by.25 Pence until you are on £17 per hour
- Fully Funded NVQ learning up to Level 5
