Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Beauty and Personal Care Business who are looking an experienced and skilled Technical and Compliance Manager to join the team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Guarantee product range continues in ongoing compliance within an international regulatory environment.
- Manage all documentation to enable the compilation of PIF files on Sharepoint.
- Manage and lead the team to communicate the required information with EU RP for completion of CPSR and EU Product Notification.
- Ensure UK Cosmetic Product Notifications completed on OPSS.
- Assist the NPD team and process to make sure global compliance of both formulations and artwork are followed and ensure products are in-line with the latest trends.
- Provide Technical & Compliance guidance and support across the business as required.
- Assess and monitor customer complaints.
- Contribute to product sustainability.
- Guarantee the product inspection process is efficient.
- Work with 3rd party manufacturers to ensure the product quality/regulatory/social responsibility requirements are followed.
- Experience within a similar Senior Technical role is essential within the FMCG Industry.
- Strong knowledge of EU and/or Global Cosmetic regulations is essential.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, spirited, keen to succeed.
- Great team player who is willing to help out colleagues and team.
- Highly organised, with ability to anticipate problems and actively seek solutions, within a timescale.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Have a hands on approach to work
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, and ERP operating systems,
