**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact within HR for all employees and line managers
- Responsibility for all day to day operational HR duties
- Managing full employee lifecycle
- Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process and identifying talent, including ownership of the global ATS
- Guiding line managers with employee career development and objective setting, as well as providing support to enable the review process.
- Staying up to date with UK employment legislation, supporting the HR Team with updating HR policy and procedures where required.
- Supporting on a variety of exciting HR projects such as well being initiatives, engagement activities, L&D, D&I etc as directed.
- Overseeing any changes within payroll and ensuring they are handled by the correct individual
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a standalone Generalist role is essential, CIPD qualified preferred
- Private sector/commercial experience ideal - supporting 150-300 staff
- Strong understanding of UK HR policies and procedures is required
- Some experience in supporting global operations preferred - US/India/EU
- Experience managing a HRIS / ATS ideal
