**JOB TITLE**: Customer Service Administrator (12 Month FTC) - Immediate Start

**LOCATION**: Bridgwater, Somerset

**SALARY**: Circa £20,000 dependant on experience

**HOURS**:Monday - Friday9:00am - 5:30pm

Our client is recruiting for a highly organised and pro-active Customer Service Administrator to join their close knit and welcoming team.

**This is a really varied role and key duties will include**:

- Processing orders through the system from start to finish
- Maintaining knowledge of all order types/methods into the business
- Responsible for reviewing of any stock allocation issues around supply of goods with warehouse supervisor & other members of staff as required
- Producing and maintaining accurate sales order processing procedures to ensure roles can be covered by other members of the team when required
- Answering internal telephone calls promptly and dealing with customer queries and ensuring that all relevant customers are updated with any product offers or promotions that are running at any given time and maximise every customer sales opportunity usingthe link selling and upselling techniques as per training
- Providing customers with accurate information regarding the products and service
- Raising credit notes and invoicing and returns as appropriate
- Supporting warehouse processes and providing support to the Warehouse Supervisor with pick/pack and dispatch process and warehouse tasks, and assist with postal/courier services as required.
- Responsible for claims for lost or damaged parcels
- Maintaining records of accuracy of supply in order process, including details of shipment errors/lost parcels provide reports as required

Key skills:

- Prior Administration experience
- High level of customer care skills
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
