Care Outcomes is a professional and friendly Healthcare organisation based in South and North Tyneside and looking to recruit Healthcare Assistant to support one of our clients with personal care, social time and to support her to look after her children.. You must be professional and committed to flexible working to support our clients enabling them to live as independently as possible.
