This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading impact fund on a temporary basis, starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity with lots of exposure and scope, working with a great team of people, in a really interesting industry. The hours are 8am - 5pm and and you will be fully ofice based 5 days per week. This will be a general front of house role with some basic office management to also get involved in.
What you will do:
- Meet and greet guests including taking coats and showing to meeting rooms
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring no clashes
- Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and well maintained
- Office management includes ordering stationery and weekly food orders
- Ad-hoc research projects
- Health and safety and fire warden duties
- General office upkeep ensuring a neat and orderly space
Key skills and attributes we are looking for are:
- Professional and well presented
- Strong client facing skills
- Takes ownership of the front of house area
- Hands on and willing to roll up their sleeves
- Good attitude and someone who takes pride in their role
- Responsive and proactive
An excellent hourly rate is on offer between £15ph-£17ph (depending on experience) and an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits on the permanent side.
