The Role
- Managing the frontline requirements for a team of 30+ service technicians, including activities such as organised flights and other related travel requirements, accommodation, booking of training and acting as a front line contact for daily operations betweenthem and the senior management team, reporting directly to the managing director.
- Sole admin management for 2 key accounts the company have recently acquired, organising all travel needs, PCR tests where required, dealing directly with overseas contacts and liaising on a daily basis to ensure all requirements are covered, schedulingtechnicians, some project management duties to ensure the team and customer are all up to date with the jobs, invoicing of works once they are complete.
- Focal point for the management of month end invoicing for all service projects, including review and approval of all data submitted to ensure costs have been allocated and accounted. This is a business-critical function which needs to eb completed to requiredaccuracy levels and within the timeframe specified by Finance.
- Daily management and updating of the service management system to ensure an accurate picture is maintained of staff allocation and movements, including training requirements, and to assure the senior management team that there is sufficient cover for holidaysand illness.
- Assisting the MD and the service focal point manager in the day to day running of the service team and providing callout duties f rout of hours activities where required.
- General PA duties within the head office in Bradford for the MD and senior management team.
- Completion of finance-related tasks such as receipting in and processing of supplier invoices, raising purchase orders to suppliers and inter-company offices within the company.

Skills Required
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong Experienced with Excel & Word.
- Adaptable to CRM's
- Confident and concise phone manner.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of invoicing and purchase order.
