**Senior Project Manager - Wimbledon - £425 - £475 per day - Hybrid working - OUTSIDE OF IR35**

My client, a market leading consultancy within their area of expertise is currently on the hunt for a Senior PM to come and join them on an initial 6-month contract basis - this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, innervational, driven and excitingorganisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Portfolio Management -** Leads the definition of a portfolio of programmes, projects, and/or on-going service provision. Engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver the agreed business objectives. Plans, schedules,monitors, and reports on activities related to the portfolio to ensure that each part of the portfolio contributes to the overall achievement of the portfolio. Collects, summarises, and reports on portfolio KPIs often through the deployment of business managementprocesses and systems. Identifies issues with portfolio structure, cost, risk, inter-dependencies, impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised. Notifies projects/programmes/change initiatives of issues and recommends andmonitors corrective action. Reports on portfolio status as appropriate.
- **Programme Management**: Plans, directs, and co-ordinates activities to manage and implement a programme from contract /proposal initiation to final operational stage including the transition into "business-as-usual"; plans, schedules, monitors,and reports on activities related to the programme. Ensures that programmes are managed to realise business benefits and that programme management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
- **Project Management**: Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects. Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools. Ensures that effective project monitoring and controlprocesses, change control, risk management and quality processes are employed and maintained. Monitors and controls resources, revenue, and capital expenditures against the project budget. Manages the expectations of key project stakeholders.

**Specific Skills**
- Has strong planning skills including critical path and dependency management
- Has strong influencing, communication and presentation skills including promotion of best practice and adherence to governance
- Can work with all levels of senior management including ELT and Director level personnel
- Can analyse and translate business requirements into a programme of activity, considering all aspects of Change Management
- Can summarise detailed information in such a way as to facilitate quick decision making
- Has good knowledge of budgeting and resource management methods
- Experience in working with Decisioning software such as Pega or others.
- Experience working with Marketing/CRM technologies.
- Experience in digital transformation / Mar-Tech companies.
