Are you an experienced Senior Credit Controller who is able to hit the ground running in a new role?

We have registered a great opportunity to work for an international brand in a short-term temporary contract. Our client is looking for a self-motivated new team member to support their Finance department.

This is a temporary role for a period of 1 month initially.

**Temporary Senior Credit Controller Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

- Manage B2B credit control and administration
- Manage accounts receivable inbox and communications
- Respond to customer queries
- Customer account reconciliations as required
- Customer account opening procedures
- On-going review of orders on credit hold
- Sending out month-end account statements
- Posting bank receipts and allocating against customer accounts
- Monitoring account transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activity
- Assistance with special projects e.g. SEPA Direct Debits
- Any other duties as deemed reasonable by line manager
- Understanding of business and support business initiatives

**Temporary Senior Credit Controller Requirements**
- Preferred high volume transaction experience
- Knowledge of SAGE & SAP essential
- Process improvement & change management
- Experience as a sales ledger/credit control and customer payment portal experience would be useful
- Problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and data reporting
- Organisation, planning, time management and prioritisation skills
- Effective teamwork
- Excellent customer service
- IT Literacy including MS Office especially Excel

**The Location**

Our client is based in Harwell (OX11). There is parking available on site. There is flexibility to work offsite 3 or 4 days per week.
