**Service Advisor required in North West London.**

Our motor trade client is a Prestige Main Car Dealerships based in North West London, they are actively looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to work within their busy service department.

They work from an impressive site which is very modern and state of the art, all their staff work well together as a team, being helpful and friendly towards each other. They also offer some fantastic employee benefits and an excellent long term career development pathway

As a Service Advisor you will be meeting and greeting customers into the service department, liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.

**Details & Benefits include**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.
- Saturdays are worked on a rota basis.
- Basic Salary: up to £31,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
- Great Bonus Opportunity On average £10,000 p.a. on top of the basic salary
- Training Scheme: career development with the manufacturer.

- Long Service Holiday Reward - After 3 years 1 day extra / after 5 years 1 more days extra (capped at 24 days).
- Birthday off or closest day to it (not considered a holiday day).

- Pension - 3% employer contribution with 5% from employee.
- Salary Sacrifice Scheme - pensions programme - allows the employee to get an extra 0.5% on employer contributions (from gross salary paid).
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

You will need to be:

- An experience automotive Service Advisor with a Main Car Dealer background.
- Able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues.
- Deliver a first class service whilst achieving the company objectives and targets.
- A confident relationship builder.
- Required: UK Right to Work & Full UK Driving Licence.
