**Paid Social Lead**

**Salary up to £48k**

**Manchester city centre - 2/3 days max in office**

Forward Role are supporting one of the UK’s best loved, multi-channel retail brands in their search for an ambitious and talented Paid Social Lead to join their ‘best in class’ paid media function. This brand is renowned for its positive, professional andfun working culture and stellar reputation in the retail market, this position will play an integral part in the both the UK and International marketing activity for the organisation.

Paid Social is a vitally important channel in continuing to grow the brands presence, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Social activity across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Snapchat, in order to maximise the profitable acquisitionof new customers and generation of sales from existing customers via the channel. With experience in managing large social campaigns and budgets you will have great technical knowledge of the buying platforms, be results orientated and able to work accuratelyat pace. You will work closely with the businesses external media agency and key social media partners to deliver profitable performance campaigns.

- Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute ‘best in class’ performance led social campaigns
- Manage the relationship with the social team at media agency
- Manage the relationship with key social media partners
- Monitor & work with the agency to optimise all activity
- Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities
- Manage the reportingfor your channel
- Regularly present key campaign findings/insight identified
- Manage a team of 2 Paid Social Executives
- Stay up to date with the digital media landscape

**Your skills & experience**:

- 4+ years of experience of digital performance media channel, including at least 2 years in paid social
- Strong numeracy and excel skills
- Experience of planning and optimizing across performance digital media channels
- Experience of managing social partners and/or agency relationships
- Collaborative and works well as part of a team
- Strong technical knowledge is essential. Ideally in at least one of the key media platforms i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, alongside a broad understanding of tagging and data.
