**3 CORE Responsibilities**

1. PAID MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- **Ownership** of Paid Media KEY accounts & manage a portfolio of DNRG accounts. You will be responsible for holding the relationship with the clients; managing diarised & ad hoc meetings as needed as well as managing the ppc & paid social accounts themselves.
- You will have hands on experience (ideally 2 years+) on working on e-commerce and lead gen accounts; understanding PMAX, Smart Bidding, Feed Optimisations.
- We measure ourselves on ROAS & CPL & you will hold these KPIs as the primary KPIs on every account you manage; guiding clients to this way of thinking. We do not run accounts for clicks & you will help manage conversations to encourage this.
- Deliver best-in-class Paid Media strategies that consider the entire sales funnel; from first interaction to driving loyalty.
**2.PAID MEDIA SALES ENABLEMENT**
- Work closely with our Account Services Director & Chief Revenue Officer to build proposals & assist on pitches for prospects.
- For some pitches where extra insight is needed, you will also be required to pitch & present your findings to clients whilst also collaborating with other teams to create one unified strategy.
- These will be allocated to you on an ad hoc basis, as well as other members of the team based on workloads & specialist topics.
- Given the nature of our PPC Team set up, you may sometimes be required to jump on ad hoc calls to support existing PPC account conversations and Account Managers. For example, growth opportunities, strategy reviews, performance deep dives.
**3. Account Performance**
- Our success is based on our clients success your role in that is to make sure the ads account is performing as well as possible and is aligned to the clients business goals.

**Day to Day Insights**
- Day to day management of Paid Media accounts (BAU)
- Working with clients to develop their paid media strategy & then delivering that strategy
- Manage monthly budgets & invoicing to ensure no overage/underage for your designated accounts.
- Comfortable making decisions based on data to improve Paid Media performance
- Constant analysis of performance to progress continuous improvements.
- Keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, display optimisations, product feed setup & manipulation (Google Shopping)
- Problem solving & deep digging into account pain points.
- Using GA4 to ensure you’re on top of tracking, multi-channel attribution & the holistic digital results of accounts (not just PPC/Paid Social)
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Share knowledge & insights with the team
We are in the office 3 days/week; 8.30-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays so applicants must be ready to come & be part of our company culture. We are an office of 30+ & working together to give the very best to our clients.
