**THE COMPANY**
This company are seeking a Business Analyst to work across the transaction filtering life cycle. The company is backed by a cohort of financial service market leaders who are equipped with decades of experience. The successful Business Analyst will be apart of a visionary company solving one of the most critical challenges facing the financial service industry.
**THE ROLE
**The successful Business Analyst will work closely with a range of tier one global banks to enable rapid growth of the companies reporting and assurance function.
As a Business Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working with a variety of international banks to understand their current filtering and assurance processes
- Monitoring the closure of identified gaps and presenting the finding to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Reviewing epics and user stories to ascertain key objectives.
- Assisting the development of the company's sanction reporting and quality assurance policies.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
**The successful Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- In-depth knowledge of sanctions regimes and transaction filtering best practices
- Experience in Risk and Control Function
- A skilled presenter and good communicator, who has stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customers and business requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Willingness to travel to Bank location to support the delivery of workshops
- Readiness to work outside of normal business hours
**THE BENEFITS
**The successful Business Analyst will enjoy a day rate of up to £550 and hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
