**The company**

**Duties**
- Collating and processing details of upcoming works
- Managing and growing company accounts and contracts
- Working with the internal teams to ensure projects are meeting deadlines & expectation
- Liaising directly with the local authorities and councils
- Delegating and assigning tasks to members of the team
- Ensuring the progress reports have been updated and are correct
- Keeping track of current works progress and providing update reports to management
- Keeping up to date with local and national regulations
- Taking control of complex situations
- Conducting the onboarding process and new starter training
- Preforming staff 1:1's and progress reviews
- Ensuring the team are working to the best of the ability and conducting additional training if necessary
- Ensuring all team members work in a safe and compliant manner
- Responsible for ensuring the team participate in all relevant HR processes e.g sickness, absence, discipline and grievance
- Have overseen a team before or are looking to take the next step
- Knowledge of MS suite including Excel and word
- A background in telecoms or constructions is a bonus
- Can work independently and proactively
- Flexible and openminded
- You'll be excited to work for a growth-stage business
- Strong relationship building skills
- A professional telephone manner
