This is an opportunity to join a boutique legal recruitment consultancy with a refreshing approach as a Legal Recruitment Resourcer. You will be joining at an incredibly exciting time, given the record results we have posted in 2021 and the expansion plans we have in place.
What’s more, you’ll also be able to fit your work around your other commitments as a result of our flexible working measures, which include Work Where You Want, When You Want and Flexi-Friday, our version of the 4-day week.
**Legal Recruitment Resourcer - South Manchester**
We want someone who will not only grow with the business, but someone who will become an integral part of the Realm team.
**A bit about us and the role**
Put simply, we recruit lawyers for law firms. We’re not just a recruitment business though.

**Duties will include**:
- Research and market mapping
- Dealing with existing clients
- Using our internal CRM system

- You will be happy to work independently and as part of a team

- Your written English skills will be strong

- You will be dynamic; we want someone that can confidently talk to people from all walks of life, who can take the initiative and self-motivate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
