**Hours**
- 9:00am-5:30pmMonday - Thursday
- 9:00am-5:00pmFriday
- 9:00am-2:00pmSaturday (time off in lieu)

**Basic Salary**:

£25,000

**Expected Minimum OTE**:

- £7,000 = £32,000

**Commission**:

10%

Plus commission for testimonials.

**Job Description: **To offer Fantastic Customer Service, & to Follow Company Procedures, Window Display, Lettings Boards, Marketing, Prospecting, Advertising the company’s successes Occasional Leaflet Drops, Updating our Marketing Messagesin a changing landscape, Managing Applicants, Managing own diary, Conducting Viewings, Viewing Feedback to Landlords, Negotiating Offers, Booking Appraisals, Attending Appraisals, Photos and Property Write-ups.
