The role:

- In the role the Talent Acquisition Manager will evaluate and refine sourcing and selection strategies for entry level to junior management roles
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will support the building of a strong employer brand and will build successful working relationships with suppliers.
- Leading and motivating a small team the Talent Acquisition Manager will build excellent internal relationships and partnerships across the business.
- You will be currently working within an in-house talent acquisition role and will ideally have managed 1-3 people. Preferably this will be in a high-volume operational role ideally within the retail or customer facing environments.
- It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills and experience along with being a fantastic motivator and developer of individuals
- For the Talent Acquisition Manager role you must have excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills and be proven in multi-tasking.
- You will be highly personable, credible and flexible and be able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
