We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage all the administrative processes and procedures which facilitate the running of the Centre for Reproductive Health. Recruit supervise, manage, and train all administrative staff across the Centre. Executive PA to Centre Director.
**The Opportunity**:
Administer and manage the delivery of administration under the general guidance of the Head of Centre. Advise the Head of Centre on all matters pertaining to administration. Manage and ensure the provision of administrative support, including assistance and advice, is available to the HoC and the Centre’s Academic staff. Ensure accurate and reliable information is disseminated to all staff and deadlines are met as required.
Personal Assistant to Centre Director provide a high-level administrative service. Manage and review diary daily ensuring prioritized use of Professor’s time negotiating often challenging and/or strategic commitments both internal and external. Book all travel and arrange reimbursements from certain grants.
**Your skills and attributes for success**:
- Degree in Business Management, or equivalent or significant experience of working in a higher education environment
- Ability to work independently, responding to issues/queries and resolving effectively.
- Experience of supporting Senior Managers at executive level within University/HE setting
- Experience in supervising and developing staff.
- The proven ability to facilitate and encourage good relationships, both with internal and external agencies. (Emphasis on being able to build and maintain good relationships)
