**Key Responsibilities**
- Create incoming incidents and service requests via phone, chat and web portal
- Create a trusting and highly positive rapport with all our customers
- Diagnose, document and resolve a wide range of incidents reported by stores, corporate users and lab staff
- Manage incidents, requests and projects through to completion with a high degree of ownership, quality and consistency
- Ensure customers are informed of progress on outstanding issues and requests
- Be actively involved in the development and improvement of Technology Customer Service Desk
**Skills and Experience**
- An interest in technology is very desirable
- Proven Customer Service skills in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrable written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to communicate in non-technical user friendly language
- Good IT knowledge is an advantage
- Patient and resilient
- Problem solving skills
