**The role**:
- Provide comprehensive high-level administration support to the MD, exercising confidentiality and diplomacy, supported by an understanding of the strategic narrative and priorities.
- Support with organising events, meetings, workshops and any away day communication, invites, room setup, support preparation of material etc.
- Be part of a highly collaborative and supportive team of Executive Assistants that work together on diary management across the wider executive team.
- Be aware of changes and development within all parts of the organisation and to support communication plans to convey these to the teams.
- Coordinate all Directors travel and international travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place within agreed budgets. Trouble shoot issues as they arise.
- Support the Directors work on projects involving extensive collaboration internally and externally by for example, being the contact person in relation to agreed Facilities projects, such as desk moves and in organising large scale events. Take the leadto initiate, chase up, escalate, and overall ensure deadlines are met
- Manage and resolve queries on behalf of the MD/Directors, taking accountability for specific tasks.
**About you**:
- Several years’ experience in a senior management/MD Assistant role in a Corporate environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience of effectively arranging travel, producing accurate itineraries and a good judgement on how to optimise traveller’s time
- Driven and resourceful to manage own workload, with flexibility to prioritise and deliver against deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Confident and highly organised with the ability to prioritise own assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of work to ever changing deadlines and business needs
- Remains resilient and reliable under pressure
