**HR Advisor**
Your role will be to provide comprehensive expert HR advice to Unipart colleagues and management covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including absence and performance management, employee relations and L&D.
**About the role**:
**You will also**:

- Support with payroll and flexible benefits.
- Assist with the development of local and group HR policies and procedures.
- Escalate ER cases as required and support as appropriate.
- Create basic HR training modules and deliver these and other training and development activities / interventions as required Support HR Consultants during projects associated with business change (restructures, TUPE etc.)
- Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from team members

**About you**:

- Up to date, working knowledge of current UK employment law, HR processes and procedures
- Experience of disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Working in a confidential environment
- Problem Solver with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels
- Team Working and Collaboration
- Ability to work to targets and timescales
- Good IT skills with skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work to targets and timescales
- Excelled communication skills written and verbal.
- Effective listener
