We are currently looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Accounts Co-ordinator to join the Finance Team to provide an outstanding level of service to the business to support its ambitious growth program.
**Who are we looking for?**

The Accounts Co-ordinator will support our Financial Controller with business accounting activities across both Oracle Finance and our specialist car dealership, Lawton Brook. You will be maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers, paying invoices, reconciling company bank accounts and liaising with lenders over commissions.
**What will you be doing on a daily basis?**
**Lawton Brook Limited Responsibilities**
- Management of stocking loan and daily bank reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger/ Sales Ledger/ cashbook management
- Process bills on Dragon relating to vehicles
- Process invoices on Sage
- Fortnightly payment runs
- Month end preparation
**Oracle Asset Finance Limited Responsibilities**
- Processing lender payouts
- Post corresponding payments on Sage
- Supplier bank checks
- Group treasury to include reconciliation of Group bank accounts on a daily basis, monitoring of bank balances, processing of payments
- Reconcile finance commission receipts with expected earnings as recorded on our in-house system; resolving any commission discrepancies with lenders / Account Managers
- Credit control: monitor timeliness of receipts from lenders, introducers and other debtors to ensure that all monies owed to the Company are collected, chase overdue items and raise issues internally as appropriate
- Support our Financial Controller with processing of purchase invoices in the accounting system, obtain sign-off for payment and process supplier payments
- Process employee expense claims in accordance with the company expenses policy
- Work with Group auditors to provide all information as requested
- Supplier payment runs
**What experience do you need?**

You will ideally be AAT qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ previous purchase ledger/ sales ledger/ cashbook experience.

Preferably you will be experienced in using Sage 50 Accounts software.

You will be articulate and professional with strong communication skills. You will need to be self-motivated and organised with a strong ability to prioritise. Due diligence is key throughout our business, therefore attention to detail is paramount.
