**The role**:
You will be a technically minded Account Manager who has proven experience nurturing key relationships with your clients. You will understand client needs and manage the communication between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the very best qualityof service is delivered.

Whilst having the ability to confidently demonstrate the businesses’ suite of products and services to new and existing clients to support business growth and continued client satisfaction.

Not to mention, there is a huge opportunity for growth within this role, you will be supported well by your colleagues and management with a view to further grow out the team and manage junior colleagues in the future.

**What we need from you**:

- Strong experience as an Account Manager, ideally within a Tech/IT environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to build strong relationshipsand maintain them
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of IT services
- The ability to present solutions and negotiate agreements
- Experience developing strategies to expand existing accounts
- Experience managing expectations and conflict resolution
- Experience creating accurate user friendly performance metrics
