**Full-time Senior Retail Assistant required for Zee & Co, Loughton Ladies & Junior Store**

**Full-time Retail Sales Assistant**

Key Contribution Areas:

- Delegate tasks to your team within the store
- Liaise with the store manager and provide management cover as required
- Acting as a first point of contact to customers, offering a personal service supported by a great range of products
- Ask open questions to find out the customers needs
- Maintain a customer focused environment at all times
- Recommend products to customers, and locate any customer requests
- Provide customers with information about any in-store promotions and store information
- Processing cash and card payments on our EPOS system
- Through training, maintain a knowledgeable and accurate understanding of the EPOS system
- Be aware of latest fashion trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge
- Ensure that store standards are adhered to, and the stores is fully prepped for the next working day
- Liaise with other Zee & Co branches and head office when required
- Comply with all Zee & Co policies and procedures at all times.

**Personal Qualities and Requirements**:

- Good supervisory skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the Company as required
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude
- Be fashion conscious and be up to date with the latest fashion trends
- Have a passion for fashion retail
- High level of personal energy
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Socially-focused; with a helpful attitude
- Good team player with ability to build and maintain relationships
- Be able to work any five days out of seven days Monday - Sunday.
