Sitting within the Pharma team within the platformGSK London Hub, you will be a core member of our ViiV team. This team is tight and extremely collaborative. There is an overall Intl Pharma Lead, the ViiV Business Lead/Strategy Director, yourself in an AccountLead/Digital Planning Lead hybrid role, a Senior Account Executive as well as three people supporting central digital activation workstreams and shared support from a Business Intelligence Director.

Within this team you will be the day-to-day leader of the team, responsible for the prioritisation and progress of all workstreams. Partnering closely with the ViiV Business Lead / Strategy Director, you will be more heavily involved with the campaigns thatwill also have an activation component as you will be providing cross-channel planning guidance to the digital planning/activation specialists in the team. You will also be supported by a Senior Account Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively lead the management of active workstreams for campaigns across all four business pillars (Congresses, Brand/Portfolio, Comms, People Living with HIV - PLHIV) and direct the team in the development of media concepts and communication plans ensuringappropriate processes are adhered to based on client needs.
- Oversee delivery of monthly investment reports
- Lead Client and Inter-Agency status calls
- Ensure media strategy documents deliver on the clients brief via clear innovative media recommendations.
- Lead media plan development, including cross-channel planning, for centralised activation campaigns with support from relevant activation resource
- Has a clear understanding of all benchmarks, trading strategies and contractual agreements and incorporates, where appropriate, into all plans.
- Develop best-in-class playbooks and development of first in market initiatives
- Support ViiV Business Lead /Strategy Director on development of media strategy Guidelines for Brand campaigns and strategy development for ViIV campaigns

**Talent Capability**
- You are an equally strong media planner with a background in digital activation with local market experience and a Client account leader with robust relationship and organizational skills.
- You have a track record of developing insight driven, data fuelled communication solutions, someone who is prepared to lean in and drive transformation for a client that has embraced change with a proven expertise in media planning spanning on and offline
- for both consumer and HCP communication.
- You have the ability to lead, inspire, motivate and guide both Clients and internal colleagues and have a natural ability to provide clear guidance to implementational planner/buyers while keeping multiple workstreams in moving in the right direction.
- You are a natural communicator who enjoys presenting to senior Clients as well as a variety of other stakeholders across the business.
- You have a Point of View along with the confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure delivery on marketing metrics that drive to business outcome.
- You think creatively and work collaboratively with cross agency teams to drive thinking through to activation.
- You are passionate about brilliant client service and have fostered this within a team to ensure smooth delivery across complex businesses.

You will be consulting with a variety of Client and Agency stakeholders to deliver clear and effective communication plans and other deliverables in our annual client scope of work including;
- Positive, solution orientated attitude.
- Service clients, daily adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to ensure work is flowing and clients are happy and up to speed on all work
- Has a thorough understanding of clients’ business and internal pressures and adapts their services accordingly
- Understand the relevant advertising constraints the client may face due to the nature of the category they work within
- Ensure quality control of all client deliverables
- Oversee the development of media initiatives which satisfy client objectives within the given timeframes.
- Constantly strive to demonstrate ways to help clients achieve their business objectives, even if they’re not directly related to a current brief, including supporting in delivery of training modules on different media innovations, or regular updates / state-of-playreports on current media channels.
- Continually look for opportunities and strives to sell the value of Publicis extended services (SEO, SEM, Content) where applicable
- Proactively manage client related relationship issues.
- Raise potential issues in team status well in advance of 'boiling point’ of an issue.
