IT Procurement Analyst

The IT Procurement Analyst will be responsible for processing internal and external procurement orders in compliance with the company procedures and supplier contractual terms.

**Day to day tasks include**:

- Prepare and managed requests for information for procurement
- create purchase orders
- Create order requests
- Manage discrepancies between orders and quotes
- Liaise on a daily basis with operations staff in order to fulfil all procurement duties
- Assist suppliers with their queries
- Implement any processes within IT Procurement to allow efficient invoice/payment and procurement process
- Resolution of enquiries and procurement requests within agreed SLA times

**Skills required**:

- Administration
- Procurement/Purchasing
- Negotiation
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
