Raise House Residential Children’s Home, (Ofsted rated ‘Good’), are looking for committed and resilient Residential Support Workers to work flexibly and provide high quality day-to-day care to our children and young people.
As a member of Raise House, you will create positive relationships with our children and young people in order to meet their various needs. You will know how to work as part of a dedicated team and also be pro-active and consistent in your approach to safeguarding and supporting our young people through effective engagement in their daily routines and activities.

To be successful you must have experience of supporting and working with young people and will be familiar with the challenging realities of residential care, but passionate and determined to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young people within the agreed structure of the Home. **You must be willing to and able to work on a rota basis, including some weekends, bank holidays and waking nights.**
All Residential Support Workers should have a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare as a minimum or another relevant qualification; or be willing to study towards gaining this qualification.
**Salary**: £11.95 per hour
