My client is a well-recognised business based in the heart of Stevenage and are currently recruiting for a Account Executive. The role will be based within a very busy office, working closely within the team, and managing several daily tasks.

Please note this role is a office based role - parking available on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Account Manager’s to increase membership sales
- Follow up on warm leads generated by the external sales team
- Provide regular and accurate reporting for sales generated and analysis of partner activity
- Ensure accurate feedback is delivered to Account Manager on the company CRM
- Identify usable data to be shared with the Account Managers
- General admin on the CRM inclusive of data cleansing and report generation

**Skills**:

- Strong Customer Service or Sales experience
- Basic MS Office skill including Excel
- Self-starter and tenacious
- Process driven and analytical
- Fantastic objection handling
