Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Human Resources team in the UK ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
The HR Advisor provides proactive and responsive advisory and administration support to staff in London and across our global Office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding of new staff
- Meetings with team members
- Development and implementation of checklists for new employees
- Collection of feedback from the employees
- Automation and optimization of the onboarding process
- Create key HR metrics, implementation, and monitoring.
- Ensuring ‘Right to Work’ checks are carried out in line with Home Office requirements.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the Visa and Immigration status of sponsored workers, updating appropriate trackers and informing immigration advisors of any job changes.
- Team Leader Training
- Assistance in resolving conflict situations
- Consulting managers on matters related to human resources
- Developing and implementing questionnaires on different topics
- Conducting 1:1 meetings to identify the motivation and burnout of the employees, collection of feedback, analysis, suggestions on how to improve the work of the personnel
- Participation in development and adjustment of KPI indicators
- Regular communication with employees, conveying to employees the company standards and values, maintaining a positive team climate, reducing stress and negativity
- Handling employee requests for vacation and time off
- Material and non-material motivation of employees
- Development of corporate culture, including the organisation of events, team building, educational activities
- Conducting an Exit interview with an employee
- Communicating with Team Leads' employee turnover in the department
- Collection of feedback on the reasons for resignation or dismissal
- Analysis of dismissal causes and proposals on turnover reduction to top management
- Keeping track of the employee salary revision calendar
- Working with employees' personal development plans
- Periodic monitoring of the market for benefits from other companies
- Finding contractors for benefits (speakers, insurance, sports, event agencies, etc.)
- Involvement in the process of finding new staff.
- Modifying and improving the employee handbook.
- Managing HR across all our global offices.
