We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Research Facilitation Officer. The post is offered sunstantively on a full time basis.

The post holder will lead and manage a team of research facilitation officers, further developing their skills and bringing the best out of the team.

Working with the research teams and stakeholders the post holder will be expected to form and maintain good relationships to ensure timely approval of NIHR portfolio studies in line with nationally reportable metrics.

The post holder will audit active research projects and governance systems within the Trust, to ensure compliance and effective handling of research related issues.

The successful applicant we are seeking will be a highly motivated, organised person with experience of research management who can make sound judgements based on a risk management approach.

You will be supported in post by our Research Compliance Manager and will be part of a friendly team who work well together.
