We are looking for full-time Cruise sales Consultants with a proven background in selling Cruises, Cruise Holidays, and bespoke Holidays.We are innovators in the creation of bespoke cruise holidays, our office is expanding rapidly, and we are looking tohire ambitious and experienced cruise professionals to join our sales team.You will be part of a vibrant and fast paced sales environment where your sales ability will be generously rewarded. Ideally you will have experience selling a variety of cruise holidaysand will have excellent knowledge on destinations worldwide holidays and will have up-to-date knowledge about the various cruise lines, cruise ships, the on-board cabins, and packages they offer.
Basic Salary plus uncapped Commission £18,000-£23,000
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell cruises and bespoke cruise holidays to destinations worldwide
- Answering enquiries regarding cruise and other travel products
- Quoting cruise holidays and offering different options including excursions
- Provide an excellent customer service
- Continuously improve cruise products and destination knowledge
- Answering enquiries regarding cruise holidays and other travel products

- Continuously improve your knowledge on cruises and worldwide & European destination.
**SKILLS**
- Adequate knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations and tailor-made holidays for worldwide and European travel destination
- Good working knowledge of cruise ships and on-board cabins and packages
- Proven experience in long-haul and tailor-made holidays (an advantage)
- Solid experience in selling Cruises
- GDS experience (preferably Worldspan or Amadeus)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Previous experience in a cruise sales role (essential)
- Self-motivated, target orientated and able to work as part of a team
- Computer literate.
