We are looking for Customer Service Coordinator to support our Lab Instrument Services Team (LIS) in GSK Weybridge Site..

You will be responsible for service coordination and administration of repair and calibration work requests, customer enquiries and associated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) records for GSK Weybridge Site.

Key responsibilities:

- Liaise with lab staff and all services to ensure the level of service meets the needs of the scientists
- Act as first point of contact for Third Party contractors arriving at site, ensuring that they have valid EHS and GMP induction prior to commencement of work
- Ensure that all Third-Party Contractors are managed in line with GSK procedures
- Using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Support the raising, monitoring and closing out of helpdesk tickets, equipment maintenance/repair, IT Services and infrastructure
- Assist in preparation of audits. Retrieve documentation for inspection purposes
- Escalate any scheduling failures to the Site Supervisor to assist with resolution, keeping customer informed throughout
- Generate local KPI data agreed with customer and use that data to improve service (e.g. quality, performance) Deliver agreed KPI service targets.
- To carry out all requests and tasks in a helpful and professional manner, build relationships with key staff and consistently demonstrate a good customer service interface

Education/Experience/Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role in a scientific environment is an advantage
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Asset Management or CRM Systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests with different levels of urgency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment and appreciation of GxP is an advantage
