**Project Administrator**

An opportunity has arisen with our client based near Sandy who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their skilled and knowledgeable team on a permanent basis. This role will be working as part of their project team on the comprehensive range ofequipment that they manufacture.

The role of the Project Administrator is to support Project Engineers and Project Managers in monitoring and recording schedules with the Sales, Technical, Electrical Engineering and Factory Managers that also align with the client’s schedule, and to ensurethat all key dates on this schedule are met.
- Setting up of new projects
- Manage and maintain all documentation associated with the project
- Liaising with purchasing to ensure all required parts and materials are sourced
- Assisting with all internal queries relating to projects
- Supporting and understanding the “flow “of the manufacturing process
- Organising the logistics element of the project
- Preparation of the layout drawings for client approval
- Monitor project progress with regular communication with all parties involved

**Person Specification**
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- Extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

**Hours of Work and Pay**
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5pm
- £25,000 to £30,000
