You'll have one focus: to hit our ambitious growth targets.

And you'll be leading, developing and motivating a team of some seriously talented marketers to help you achieve that.

As Head of Marketing, you'll have a growth mindset and have experience of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, exploring new and existing acquisition opportunities and getting intimately involved with customer insights.

We're looking for a creative and naturally curious person, but one who's also obsessed with data. You'll be working across a broad spectrum of channels - across owned, paid and earned media - and ideally you'll have a decent understanding of ASO and how to maximise output here.

Our team is growing fast. You'll be reporting into the CMO and you'll inherit a team of eight with more hires in the pipeline - so you'll need leadership experience to be successful with this role.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

Here's just some of what you'll be focusing on:

- Delivering on our ambitious growth targets including developing a full inbound strategy that's focused around user growth and retention.
- Working closely with the Head of Performance, Head of Product and the wider marketing team to spot acquisition opportunities.
- Lead the campaign planning cycle across the Marketing team - spanning across everything we do, from content and design to influencer marketing.
- Team up with the Head of Product to understand customer behaviour and usability, and work to understand how we use this to aid growth and retention.
- Defining and executing the growth plan to optimise the user-to-revenue funnel.
- Continually conduct research and performance management of app channels.
- Having constant eyes on competitors in the fintech space and what they're doing.
- Working closely with the Operations and Product teams to continually review UX, deliver app improvements and eliminate pain points in the user cycle.
- Ownership of the marketing funnel metrics - with systematic dashboard reporting across the entire funnel.
- Exploring opportunities to educate and cross-refer our existing Property Hub audience - including the evaluation of existing user automation and recommending improvements.
- Continual evaluation of OKRs. You'll have a firm grasp on top level business ones, but you'll also be a great leader who makes sure the team also achieve theirs.
- Ensuring that you're up-to-speed with FCA guidance and all our campaigns are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Under the Portfolio group we also have Property Hub.

Property Hub is an educational resource for thousands of aspiring and experienced property investors across the country. It started life as a podcast, and now that's become the no. 1 property podcast in the UK. Because of this, we've built a massive online community that's hundreds of thousands strong, eager to consume everything we produce.

We're extreme content marketers and our production schedule is hectic - spanning podcasts, online courses, webinars, events, and a whole raft of social and video content to boot.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing who's got a proven track record of hitting some serious growth targets and leading teams. You'll be a hands-on creative but highly technical person who's naturally curious, with an incessant need to test and measure everything.

This role would be suited to someone with previous financial services experience and/or experience of launching an app-based product.

You'll be:

- A stickler for a seamless UX and constantly challenge ways we can improve the user experience, user behaviour and ultimately, increase conversions.
- A pure data geek with a passion for dashboards and metrics. Data excites us, and it should excite you too.
