**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning Fuel Storage solutions and services company, working with an established client base comprising multiple blue chip organisations**

**Offering a salary of £50 - 55k per annum + benefits, including Car, enhanced Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plan and on-site parking.**

**Full-time, based in Bronte Country, Bradford with UK-wide travel.**

With strong leadership skills, you will hold a relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction or Engineering,coupled with experience in bulk fuel or chemical storage, and management of the full project lifecycle. You will be an exceptionalcommunicator, and be used to influencing at senior stakeholder level, working with key decision makers.

You will be a completer -finisher by nature, and your attention to detail and process orientation will ensure that nothing falls between the cracks and that you proactively manage resources, risk and resolution.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Establishing project requirements, delivery objectives, timelines, costs and commercials.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, proactively planning and delivering against all resource requirements to ensure delivery in line with objectives
- Heading the operational (day to day) project management, including on-site visits and oversight
- Management of operational compliance of projects
- Management of the project commercials, working closely with Finance,to ensure agreed margins are maintained and projects are delivered within agreed budgets
- Management of governance and status reporting to ensure effective communication and contingency management
- Working effectively with relevant stakeholders, demonstrating excellent leadership skills for efficient project implementation
- Working closely and collaboratively with Engineers, Project Managers and Account Managers.
- Mentoring members of the Project Management team and administration support teams.
- Leading the procurement and management of sub-contracted resource for assigned projects
- Developing and implementing business processes and procedures to deliver Project outcomes
- Ensuring service provisioning and administration is well controlled and delivered within agreed timescales
- Preparation and presentation of Project and SLA performance reporting as per contractual requirements
- Attending and presenting at client facing meetings
- Overall accountability for effective and accurate asset recording as required under assigned contracts
- Escalating and resolving service affecting issues promptly
- Challenging/removing blockers that stop the Projects team successfully completing their jobs be it from internal or external factors

To be successful in the role you will have a strong team ethic with a desire to grow with the business. **Essential skills and experience are**:

- Degree level or similar in Project Management, Engineering or Construction
- Experience in bulk fuel or chemical storage; pipework, pumps, tanks
- Demonstrable experience in Project Management of large scale projects
- Management of CRM systems
- Experience in designing and implementing operational process and procedures
- Experience in delivering continuous performance improvements
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- A critical thinker, with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrable influencing skills at senior stakeholder level, working with decision makers and Directors
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Capable of working within a progressive organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with customers and both internally and externally, promoting and representing the business in a professional manner at all times
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship building skills

**Desirable skills and experience are**:

- Experience of delivering projects and services under NEC construction or similar forms of contract
- Experience in construction and/ or transport sectors
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) trained
