**Refresco** the world's largest independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks a **Senior HR Business Partner**for our highly modern, automated 24//7 site at **Bridgwater, Somerset.**The site has a new General Manager who is making many positive changes to the team and the working culture. This is an exciting time to join our Bridgwater team, contribute to taking the site forward, making significantimprovements and together with the General Manager and your leadership team colleagues owning and driving the people agenda. **About the Role**

You will lead the HR function at the Bridgwater site, reporting to the General Manager, a key member of the site leadership team (Bridgwater is Refresco's largest site with 26 production lines and approximately 750 employees) and together with the GM andliaising with the Central HR function you will own and drive forward the people agenda at Refresco Bridgwater. You will own strategic people initiatives related to employee engagement and retention (we operate GPTW people survey), talent management (includingrecruitment & succession planning), learning & development, reward and benefits, last but not least with the General Manager, you will lead on union relations. You will lead the HR function to deliver all HR operational and administrative activites fairly,effectively and efficiently adhering to policies and procedures. An HRBP is part of your team and it is their role to manage daily HR operations and administration.

You will work closely, and build great working relations with your key stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety and Logistics, keeping them up to date with key people statistics and developments and reporting / presenting to theleadership team and the wider business in monthly site reviews.

**Salary & Benefits**

The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience. We also offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, 3x basic salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchaseadditional holidays). Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00.
