As an **Associate Consultant, Behavioural Science, **you will be an integral part of a fast-growing strategic consulting capability, and will work across TCEG's network of agencies and their clients across a range of sectors, helping them to better understand how behavioural science can fuel effective and novel engagement strategies that will have measurable and sustainable business impact.
You will go on to be instrumental in the creation and execution of these strategies, alongside providing strategic input to multi-disciplinary client projects. A key component of this role is providing support for the development of a thought leadership capability as part of the group's fast-growing strategy and consulting capability.
The Creative Engagement Group is an unusually shaped communications group that creates experiences that inspire lasting change. We partner with clients to provide employee engagement, learning & training solutions, scientific engagement and capability building, all underpinned by applied behavioural science. We engage internal and external audiences through the creation and delivery of live & virtual experiences, film, branded content, immersive and interactive content.
Work location is London or Manchester, UK, with flexibility to work in a hybrid way between office and working from home.
**What you'll be doing**
As we build the behavioural science unit, no two days will be the same. However, key activities you can expect in this role will include:

- Supporting the communication of behavioural science research and concepts with internal teams and clients. This includes foundational research, as well as cutting-edge research from leading journals.
- Actively shaping the creation and execution of effective research approaches to uncover insights for clients (e.g. quant' & qual' research).
- Supporting, and in some cases leading, the development and execution of experimental design.
- Hands-on analysis of experiment results, with a focus on making outputs relevant and accessible for clients and teams.
- Working with strategists across the group to help develop multi-disciplined responses to client briefs.
- Close and proactive collaboration with Forty 1, Cormis, Logicearth, WRG and the other agencies and service lines across TCEG network and the wider group of companies..
- Workshop design and supporting facilitation
- Supporting the development of new products, approaches and ways to expand the offer of the behavioural science unit, and of TCEG.
- Close collaboration with creative teams across the group to maximise impact of client solutions.
- Contributing to white papers, articles and conference content to build a thought leadership position in applied behavioural science.
- Strategic support on new business proposals.
**What we're looking for**
- have a Masters degree or higher in psychology or another relevant field to behavioural science.
- be able to demonstrate a capability in designing and running and measuring creative behavioural interventions for clients.
- have a detailed knowledge of the key domains of behavioural science and how these domains continue to develop.
- have a track record in consulting, and in leading consulting projects, ideally within a creative or innovation agency context.
- have an understanding of statistical analysis techniques, and some experience of the software used to run these analyses.
- have a proven ability to quickly build and develop relationships with client teams.
- be able to synthesize and articulate complex perspectives and evidence to engage and direct internal teams and clients.
- be a skilled facilitator.
- be a natural collaborator who will work seamlessly with internal teams and clients.
- have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to help build new products and services, and show the value of applied behavioural science.
- be able and willing to coach team members, and the wider TCEG team.
- have an interest in producing white papers, articles and thought pieces, and be comfortable speaking at conferences and events.
- have a clear passion for combining behavioural science to deliver truly innovative and creative solutions for clients.
- have an unshakeable desire to keep learning in the field.
- have a warm, positive and open personality.
- enjoy working as part of a smart, creative and diverse team.
While no sector specialisation is required for this role, experience in Healthcare and Financial Services would be useful.
