An Elite Boutique Investment Bank with a reputable name in the US and Europe are looking for an enthusiastic M&A Analyst to join them at an Analyst 1 level with the chance to be promoted to Analyst 2 in short succession.
The bank operates in a family friendly environment with all members in the team working from similar desks giving the office a collaborative and friendly environment.
The role, focused in the TMT team of the Bank gives you an exiting opportunity to work in a fast paced, growing sector on some thrilling projects with top clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of on-going deals within the group
- Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients
- Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
- Data analysis
- Modelling (merger models, LBO, etc.)
- 6-12 months experience working end to end M&A
- A degree 2:1 or higher from a top university
- A passion for and interest in the TMT space
- An effective communicator
- Eligible to work in the UK
