Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing, and forward-thinking estate agency with ambitious plans to expand. They are looking to take on an additional Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join the growing team.

A high volume of quality mortgage referrals will be provided by the sales & lettings departments. You will also have access to our client's database to contact previous customers.

You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market.

**Requirements**:

- CeMap Qualified
- Comfortable charging fees
- Confident over the phone
- Able to upsell protection
- Preferably whole of market experience
- Ambitious and driven to grow your own business

**In return you will enjoy**:

- Competitive commission split between 50 - 75% (dependent on the lead source)
- Realistic 1st year OTE of £40 - £60,000 pa
- Uncapped earning potential
- Marketing support /Compliance support /Ongoing Lead Source
- You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home/office
- Flexibility to control your own diary and working days/hours
- Ongoing compliance, mentoring, competence, and supervision support
