Pentagon Freight Services in Dyce are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the Warehouse team.

The Warehouse Operative will maintain the smooth running of the warehouse, assisting in the receiving and dispatching of freight into and out of the Warehouse and yard and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. The Warehouse Operative is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Picking, packing and labelling of goods
- Consolidating, repacking and weighing freight
- Loading and unloading of vehicles either by hand or using a manual pump truck, counterbalance forklift or ramp
- Accurately inputting data on computer based system, and updating information when required
- Communicating effectively with other departments
- Practicing good housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
- Adhere to company health & safety, and compliance
- Use of forklift

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- Previous warehousing experience
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Basic IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Forklift License (essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
