**Estimator/Junior Project Coordinator**

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head Of Contracts this is a supportive role to high-level activities including:
Receiving and issuing information between contractors and designers.

Taking-off and costing architectural and engineering schemes.

Producing BoQs and costed schedules in MS Project.

Co-ordinating build programmes.

Ensuring adherence to design and statutory requirements.

Maintaining compliance with CDM Regulations.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be analytical and conscientious with some IT experience using MS Office and possibly MS Project, although additional training will be provided. You will be a construction educated graduate, or have relatable construction industry experience. You will be able to read architectural drawings and have an understanding of construction methods and materials.

We are a growing Construction Management consultancy specialising in complex architectural schemes, mainly in the hospitality, heritage and residential sectors. We have a number of high-profile clients undertaking complicated and precise projects in the South-West region.

We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme and a company laptop and mobile will be provided if required. A driving license and own transport is essential, with all mileage compensated monthly.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£260,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- FROME: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction management: 1 year (preferred)
