The Role
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the healthy finances of a number of property portfolios. By completing financial administrative duties, you will ensure the day-to-day financial requirements for your portfolios are met. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will ensure that departmental KPIs are achieved, and a number of Finance Assistants and an Apprentice are effectively managed. You will carry out reconciliations of supplier accounts, post invoices and daily receipts, and approve supplier payments and bank transfers.
Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with suppliers and operational staff regarding payments
- Manage the account's inbox
- Prepare BACS files

About You
To be considered as a Finance Manager, you will need:

- To hold or be in the final stages of obtaining an AAT qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency, particularly in MS packages
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Organisation skills and the capability to prioritise own workload
