Forward Role are working with a fantastic, market leading digital focused, consumer finance business who are expanding the data team and recruiting a Senior CRO Executive. The business have gone through a big digital transformation, with 95% of the customerscoming through the websites, leading to rapidly increasing customer demand.

As a Senior CRO Executive, you will be leading the optimisation strategy, ensuring digital journeys and the user experience is optimised. This is a broad role, so an excellent opportunity for someone to enhance their skills across CRO and Digital Analytics,whilst working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Driving improvements to the customer journey, user experience and personalization offering
- Extract insights from data, and understanding funnel analysis, drop-off points/rate, traffic, behaviors, bounce rate and using this information to identify areas of opportunity, and define the cro roadmap
- Making recommendations and delivering solutions to customer journey challenges
- Using data to develop hypothesis, running testing plans and measuring results
- Drive A/B testing program and personalization initiative to continuously improve the conversion funnel
- Working in collaboration with other teams such as Analytics, UX, Development
- Good experience working in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Experience running A/B testing and personalization programs
- Experience in Google Analytics, good knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Experience using testing tools such as VWO and research tools such as SessionCam
- Being inquisitive and always looking for more answers, “so what..”
