The most successful Project Manager will have experience working on relatable projects previously (i.e. cladding, glazing, stonework, brickwork etc.). It is essential that the Project Manager holds a CSCS Card and is SMSTS qualified.

**Project Manager Position Overview**
- Manage the daily activities of the site team, in respect of Production, Health and Safety, Quality and Programme.
- To collaborate with engineers, architects etc. To determine the specifications of the project.
- Obtain Permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Supervise the workforce and give them guidance when needed.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Risk Management - Identifying and responding to potential issues throughout the life of the project.
- Finding solutions with a proactive attitude.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

**Project Manager Position Requirements**
- Experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable distance of London and South-East

**Project Manager Position Remuneration**
